In its 40th year, the Empire State Building Run-up (ESBRU) is the marquee tower race in the world. Thousands for runner from around the globe will enter – all vying for a chance to race up its famed 86 flights – 1576 stairs. The ESBRU presented by Marmot is produced by NYCRUNS. Roseann will be participating in the Challenged Athletes Foundation’s (CAF) heat. CAF provide opportunities and assistance to people with physical disabilities so that they can pursue active lifestyles through physical fitness and competitive athletics.
